Project Management

Another book recommendation from me this week- no, we are not turning into some kind of a book club, and no- we did not became the masters in project management after reading it (yet)- Nevertheless i think that it might be actually useful to have some knowledge on tools which can be used to make your project more efficient.

What I consider unusual or even special for this book is the fact that it is not another big serious book, elaborating page by page on how amazing PM is.
it is a very comprehensive guide, mostly written with bullet points, divided into many sections, what makes it clear and understandable for most of the readers.
Sections such as tips, notes and caution exposed to me the most important content and never let to skip them.
“The absolute minimum” notes at the end of each chapter would work well for either lazy/busy people who don’t wanna put effort into reading the whole book or to ones who would like to review in the future the information they need.
The book covers the multiple steps of PM such as planning controlling execution as well as deals with newest trends&technology impact.
Although there is nothing better than the real life experience, the book is a fine theoretical background.
I have bought mine on Amazon for less than 3$ (used, but in very very very good state), so it was just one cappuccino less in that week:)- I assume it was worth it 🙂
